Join me for a 5 week journey to tune into five pillars of wellness.
Most of us would have imagined that in a year in which the world shut down our to-do lists would be empty and our self-care cup would be full-- but few of us had that experience.
But what if...that was okay? What if all that matters now is how we go forward from here?
What if the last year was a rich compost from which we can plant and grow anything we wish?
It is with this intention I am excited to share with you a new offering called Summer of Self-care.
Summer of Self-Care is a five-week program where we will discuss five foundational pillars of wellness-- our morning routine, meal prep, mindful eating, mindset, and joyful movement.
(Mmmmmm is right.)
It will be simple. Joyful. Intentional. And fun.
Each week in Summer of Self-Care week you will receive
a video from me (the soil)
reflection questions and prompts to explore the topic (the seed)
an optional practice for the week (the fruit)
resources for additional information (the fertilizer)
Summer of Self-Care is an opportunity to re-emerge into a post-pandemic world in an intentional way-- with self-care at the center, not an optional add-on 'when time allows.'
Because if there is anything the pandemic has taught us, it is that time doesn't allow self-care. We have to choose it.
Whether you are a new momma, a tired one, or both--
Whether you are a retiree, just returning back to the office, or working from home for the foreseeable future--
Whether you are 'pretty good' with self-care and always love learning more, or are ready for a major shift in this area--
I hope you will join me. I'll be leaning in, right alongside of you.
May the coming weeks be not just a time of 'leaving behind' but mindfully choosing where we wish to go from here.
