FAQ

Is this just for women?

Nope! Men and women have taken this course. See testimonials below.

I haven’t done much/any yoga. Can I take this class?

Yes. This is a gentle yoga routine suitable for beginners. If you are medically cleared to do yoga this would be a great introduction. And you do not need to follow along exactly; modifications are always welcome so the practice is a perfect fit for you and your body.

Is this class for people trying to lose weight?

The focus of this class is not on weight loss. While some participants may wish to lose weight, the class is appropriate for anyone who wants less friction and more ease in their relationship with food and their body.

I really want to lose weight. Is this for me?

Exercises and discussions are designed to cultivate self-awareness and to see and recreate our "food story" in a way that is nourishing. ur emphasis is on the longer arc of cultivating a loving relationship with self and body not on weight loss.

Are you going to sell me any products or product lines?

No. This course does not promote any products, cleanses, eating styles or diets. My goal is that you realize how multi-faceted true nourishment is, and feel empowered to experiment and learn what works for you. I do not subscribe to a one-size fits all approach. There are as many ideal diets as there are people on the planet!

Can I work with you individually?

This course includes group sessions with Pamela.
