Michelle says…

“I’ve found a lot of forgiveness and I’ve released some grief about my past, about my past relationship with food, and my past torturing of myself with food.

I just love that I am not existing in that space anymore.  I’m not thinking about food all the time. It is so quiet in my head.”

Michelle decided to work together because she wanted to find peace with food once and for all. Decades of dieting had left her confused about what was okay to eat and she spent a lot of time and energy thinking about food.

While she also wanted to lose weight, her main goal was to learn to eat intuitively.
